Single Drive Backgauge

Built from custom extruded aluminum alloy frame. Well suited for small tonnage pressbrakes up to 40 tons. Gauging bar, allowing a single frame to handle bar lengths to 4 ft. Patented Servo Drive Technology Provides State-Of-The-Art System Reliability.

MICRO II Backgauge

The smallest frame ideally suited for small pressbrakes 4-8 ft, it utilizes re-circulating ball bushing and shafting, combined with a precision ballscrew. The self contained electronics package fits inside of a 16 inch frame size. Overall width of the frame fits into 24 inch between uprights with dual 40MM shafting and ball screw. The electronics and ball screw are enclosed for protection. DC Servo overload, power connector and switch are accessible at the rear of the unit.

3 Axis Heavy Duty CNC Backgauge

This 3 axis backgauge which was originally retrofitted to a 1000ton 20' Pressbrake. It includes:
• 60" Travel on the X1
• 12" Travel on the R1
• Graphical 14" Touch Screen Controller

Comp-U-Bend 61000 Control System:
Multi axis controller, capable of 4 axis of real-time motion control. This control is used to run the most common 2 axis pressbrake setup to multi axis applications. It can control almost any type of hydraulic press brake, I.E. pure hydraulic, up acting and positive stop machines.

Utilizing a 9" CRT display for easy viewing, a manual rotary dial for easy backgauge position adjustment and a keypad with "soft keys", this system has the ability of independently controlling up to 4 axes of motion and interfaces directly with any of the Comp-U-Bend gauging frames, Single Drive, Micro II, Standard, or Dual Drive.
